Phoenix Guidelines:
1) Always check with Runeeddy (or any of the generals if he isn't online) if it is ok for you to attack a certain person. This is to prevent unnecessary conflict. ***If no one is online, please wait. This is a very important rule***
2) NO BULLYING - this means if you are attacking for honor/glory, you DO NOT attack them multiple times. Also, if you attacked someone, you wait for them to repair the buildings and a couple hours to build an army (this does not include alliances we are at war with) As for retaliation, If you are attacked and you lost, I give you permission to attack them as many times as they attacked you. However, if you won, I insist that you leave it alone (win or lose, you are attacked 3 or more times by the same person/alliance, I give the permission for you to attack them, but leave a message saying that you wished to be left alone and that any more attacks calls for more retaliation, or even war) Excessive name calling is also frowned upon, it is very immature.
3) We are honorable players who want equal gameplay and we shall promote fair gameplay as much as we can. I do not appreciate cheap shots as well. (this does not inclue players who are inactive) As much as possible, I encourage my members to attack a player's main castle, NOT their outposts. Attacking outpost are shunned apon in this alliance. Also, when you receive a quest to attack a certain player, we please ask that you warn that player ahead of time before you attack them, even send them some resources if you win.
4) We expect full participation from every member when it's needed, ESPECIALLY if we are at war. I try not to ask too much from any of my members, but you always have to be ready, because when time comes, you cannot leave your fellow fighter to fend for himself. This does not only include support, but helping to defeat the enemies that attack our fellow brother.
